Human Capital development, special interest area is Japanese organizations

Tim has been involved in Human Capital development for the last 20 years of which 18 years have concentrated on intercultural communication. Having spent his early years in Africa, and twenty years in the Far East, he has spent most of his life away from his native Britain, refining his understanding of techniques to leverage culture as an asset for better business results.

Currently, Tim works closely with clients from various cultural and professional backgrounds in order to increase awareness, deepen understanding, and hone competencies and skills necessary for people in intercultural business contexts.

Tim works both nationally and internationally and his special interest area is Japanese organizations making the transition from international to global structures and strategies.
