Interning with THT during 2018 was a pleasure as it provided a space for development after my masters before deciding on my chosen career.  I was included in a very diverse team of interns and THT allowed my academic and personal interest to develop to pursue a permanent position which I did.  Whilst interning, I was responsible for the investigations into the Culture Game which allowed further development thereafter.  I was provided with a development course at Utrecht University in Gaming to further understand what is required in the plan.

After her internship, Milou was Consultant of Organizational Design at Deloitte in Amsterdam and recently in 2023 made the switch to SME Talent Acquisition Operations and Onboarding at Adevinta.
